Sabbath (“I,” “me”) is a solo live-music performer in Waikiki, Hawaii. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, how it is used, and your choices.

The short version

This site does not track you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social-media widgets, and no embedded videos or maps. Fonts, images and code all come from this site’s own server, so your browser contacts no other company to show a page. The only information I receive is what you choose to send me by email.

What happens behind the scenes

How the information is used

Only to read and answer your email and, if you book, to plan the event. It is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

How long it is kept

Emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and for ordinary record keeping. If you would like your email deleted, write and ask.

Your choices

You may ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me by email and I will take care of it directly.

Other websites

This site links to RiverTownCA, the studio that built it. That site has its own practices, which are outside this policy.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this changes, I will update this page and its date. Because visitors are not tracked, there is no way to notify you individually.
